Where Headway wins
Headway is mature, well-integrated, and their free tier is already generous — unlimited changelogs with a working widget before you pay a cent. Pro adds real things we don't have yet: a custom domain for your changelog, Slack and X integrations, multiple team authors, and scheduled or private publishing. If any of those are must-haves today, Headway is the safer, more established pick.
